2009 Dryer Check-Up

It's that time of the year again. Time to start thinking about the dryer season.
We will again be offering our Pre-Season Dryer Service Program.
This program has been successful in eliminating many of the nuisance dry problems.

**Under the dryer program we will check the following:           Kansun Dryers
 
  1. Top Diaphrams
  2. Top Switch
  3. Burners
  4. Vaporizers
  5. Air Switch
  6. 50: 1 Gear Box
  7. Discharge System Bearings
  8. Sweep Arm Finger
  9. Floor
  10. Discharge Auger
  11. Belt
  12. Shifting Motor
  13. Fan Blades for Excessive Wear
  14. Fan Motor
  15. Phase Converter Boxes
  16. Rodent in Control Box
  17. Check Screens for Deterioration
  18. Check Termistors
  19. Check Rubber Coupler

**We will perform the following lubrications:      

 
  1. Change Transmission Oil and Filter
  2. Grease Fan and Meter Motor
  3. Grease U-Joint
  4. Grease Shifting LInkage
  5. Check Oil and Grease 50: 1 Gear Box

**We will test run:                                               


  1. Moisture-matic
  2. Fans
  3. Burner (if gas available)
  4. Metering Systems
  5. Operate Circuit
